Hell if I know which one. I do see the Wyndham in the background--I've stayed there before when teaching in Philly during Election Week 2000.
[Update: FeralLiberal tells me the spout is in "Logan Square (took the snaps on my walk back from the Rodin museum) I thought it significant as if you look closely at the figures in the middle you'll notice that they're Not Wearing Pants!"]
